Registration is free for credentialed reporters interested in covering ObesityWeek®. Please review the guidelines for the media and public relations representatives for information about registering for ObesityWeek®, press credentials, policies regarding sharing media lists and media materials in the pressroom, embargo information, as well as other details.
Note: The ObesityWeek® media list is proprietary and we do not share it. All materials are subject to review and approval; there is no guarantee that they will be displayed.
Embargo Policy
By registering for the event, media also agree to abide by the embargo policy.

Filming Policy
To ensure a respectful, secure, and distraction-free environment for all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors, filming and video recording are strictly prohibited during all ObesityWeek® events, including but not limited to:
- Scientific sessions and presentations
- Poster halls and exhibit areas
- Networking events and social gatherings
- Workshops and panel discussions
