Each of the Omni’s non-smoking guest rooms is decorated with contemporary designs, sleek furniture and luxurious linens. Eight on-property restaurants and room service are available on property, and the Omni is the only hotel connected directly to the convention center by skybridge. Immediately after you complete your conference registration, you will be shown all the hotels with rooms still available. You will add a credit card to reserve the room, but will not be charged until shortly before you check in, or if you cancel 72 hours or less before the start of the reservation. A credit card is required for each reservation and must have an expiration date on or after April 2024. Your room is not reserved if you do not provide a valid credit card.
Group rate rooms are available through Monday, September 11, 2023 or until the block sells out, whichever comes first.
Your hotel reservation will be confirmed immediately on your conference registration, then again directly by the hotel on or around September 26, 2023. If you do not receive a confirmation directly from your hotel by September 30, contact the registration and housing bureau at [email protected] or (514) 373-2771.
All cancellations or changes must be made online by re-accessing your housing account or emailing the housing bureau on or Monday, September 11, 2023.
No cancellations or changes will be made between Tuesday, September 12, 2023, and Monday, September 18, 2023 because that is when reservation information is being prepared and transferred to the hotels. Once transferred, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the hotel. Cancellations or changes as of Tuesday, September 19, 2023, must be made directly with the hotels AFTER you receive your confirmation email from the hotel. Change requests will be made on a space-available basis.
Cancellation requests received by the hotel 72 hours prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will forfeit the one-night room & tax deposit, and the rest of the stay will be cancelled. ObesityWeek is not responsible for no-shows or early departure fees charged by the hotels or rooms resold due to non-arrival.

A credit card is required for each reservation and must have an expiration date on or after April 2024. Your room is not reserved if you do not provide a valid credit card. The hotels may charge a one-night room & tax deposit using the credit card on file with Showcare Event Solutions prior to check-in. Each guest must present a valid credit for subsequent room nights and incidental charges for the entire stay upon check-in.
