Out-of-Home (OOH) Marketing Guidelines

Out-of-Home (OOH) Marketing includes any paid promotional media displayed in public or semi-public areas throughout the host city or airport environments, or other attendee-frequented corridors.

* To protect sponsor investments and uphold communication standards, The Obesity Society permits OOH and hotel advertising only through its official partner, TriStar. Unauthorized ad placements will be removed and subject to penalties. Sponsors who book OOH advertisements outside of TriStar risk losing priority points and the opportunity to participate in official TOS convention sponsorships.
