Corporate Sub-Track Abstract Submission
Presenters submitting on behalf of a corporation must select the Corporate Sub-track on the abstract submission form. Oral presentations within this sub-track are routed to non-CME oral sessions to comply with ACCME requirements, and all posters (which are non-CME) will be labeled with this sub-track.
This requirement applies to all abstracts presented by or on behalf of ACCME-defined ineligible companies. This includes:
- Full-time or part-time employees of an ineligible company
- Individuals working with a communications or marketing firm hired by a medical or pharmaceutical company
- Anyone whose presentation content was created, shaped, or influenced by an ineligible company or its agents
NOTE: This requirement does not apply to university-based PIs whose research was supported by grants. These grant relationships must be disclosed, but do not prevent acceptance into a standard CME oral session.
NOTE: Submitting to the Corporate Sub-track does not affect the likelihood of being selected for an oral presentation.

When using the Submit Abstract Form, toggle the ‘Yes – Corporate Sub-track’ option. See image here.
