Corporate Supported Symposia Application Form

The Obesity Society (TOS) invites medical education partners and commercial supporters to host independent Corporate Supported Symposia (CSS) in conjunction with ObesityWeek® 2026. CSS are educational programs—accredited or non‑accredited—designed to meet the learning needs of TOS’s healthcare audience. All symposia are held outside official meeting hours.

Invoice will be emailed once program is approved, along with instructions for online payment and physical address. Payment is due in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Time slot will not be reserved until fee is received in full by ObesityWeek®.

Note: Organizations that cancel their Corporate Supported Symposia by August 7, 2026, will receive a refund of 50% of paid CSS fees. After August 7, 2026, no refunds will be made.

Registration Category Definitions

Regular	An individual with a demonstrated interest in obesity, regardless of career stage. Examples: a professional working in a research, clinical, public health, or public policy position. Includes Fellows of The Obesity Society.
Post-Graduate Trainee	Individuals who are actively involved in a post-graduate training program (e.g., postdoctoral fellows, medical residents, and clinicians-in-training)
Student / Emeritus	Full-time graduate or undergraduate students who are actively enrolled in a degree-granting program, as well as Emeritus members of The Obesity Society.
