Located on the show floor, the Product Theater offers a dynamic space for concise, educational presentations from exhibitors and sponsors. These short sessions highlight innovative products, services, research, and solutions—without the formality of a traditional session room.

Designed for maximum visibility and engagement, the Product Theater supports interactive discussions, live demonstrations, and real‑world applications. It’s an ideal platform to share insights, launch new offerings, and connect with a highly targeted audience.

No advance registration required—attendees are free to stop by, listen, and learn.

What’s Included

  • Stage and theater-style seating (approx. 150–185 attendees)
    Standard A/V package:

    • LCD projection (16:9) with masking drape
    • Lectern and riser
    • Stage lighting
    • Laptop and confidence monitor
    • Microphones (lectern, lavalier, handheld/floor)
    • Audio system and A/V support (setup, operation, teardown)
    • Electrical service
  • Two pre-event email promotions (subject to TOS approval and privacy compliance)
  • Listing on ObesityWeek website, mobile app, promotional materials, and onsite signage

 

Program Details

  • Sessions scheduled during official conference breaks
  • CME/CE credit is not permitted (sessions are held in the exhibit hall)
  • Content is the sole responsibility of the sponsoring organization
  • Promotion included via website, mobile app, and social media

  • $30,000: 20-minute program
  • $35,000: 30-minute program

 

Additional Information

  • Upgrades (e.g., video production, stage décor, internet, signage, food & beverage) are available at the sponsor’s expense
