Corporate Supported Symposia (CSS)

The Obesity Society (TOS) invites medical education partners and commercial supporters to organize independent Corporate Supported Symposia (CSS) in conjunction with ObesityWeek® 2026.

A Corporate Supported Symposium is an educational program that may be accredited or non‑accredited. Accredited programs are designed to provide continuing education or continuing medical education (CE/CME) that aligns with the professional learning needs of TOS’s healthcare audience.

CSS is held outside of official ObesityWeek 2026 programming hours and requires food and beverage service through the exclusive on‑site caterer.

Locations

  • Space is assigned by TOS on a first‑come, first‑served basis, based on room availability and receipt of full payment.
  • Symposium space will not be assigned until payment is received, regardless of application submission date.
  • Corporate Supported Symposia will be held at the Gaylord National Resort in one of the following locations:
    • Riverview Ballroom A
    • Riverview Ballroom B
    • Prince George’s Exhibit Hall A
  • Space assignments are final and may not be changed unless authorized by TOS.
