Booth Space Fees
Inline: $3,400 per 10’ x 10’
Corner: $3,600 per 10’ x 10’ space, applies to full square footage
Island: $36.00 per 10’x10′ space, applies to full square footage
Nonprofit: Inline – $900; Corner – $1,100 (per 10’ x 10’). Proof on non-profit status required.
Included with each booth: 2 full-conference registrations and 3 exhibit-hall-only registrations

Corporate Sponsored Symposia
Corporate Supported Symposia are educational programs that are planned and conducted by the corporate community in conjunction with ObesityWeek. They are held in connected hotel space that is easily accessed by all conference attendees during times outside of the official scientific program. Corporate symposia are listed on the interactive conference schedule where all conference attendees can easily find them. Program content is the sole responsibility of the corporate sponsor. CME and promotional aspects of ObesityWeek will be separated geographically as required by ACCME. The ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education apply. Basic AV is included in the pricing of the symposium. Room sets are crescent rounds and may not be altered. See application for details. Time slots are assigned on a first come-first served basis upon receipt of full payment.

Affiliate / In-Conjunction-With (ICW) Space Rental
There are a limited number of dedicated ICW spaces in the Convention Center immediately adjacent to conference space. These spaces may be rented from ObesityWeek for social events, private meetings, and office space. They may not be used as educational spaces. Please see Corporate Supported Symposia above for educational events. ICW events should not draw a large number of ObesityWeek registrants away during scientific sessions hours. If you choose to take your affiliated event off-site to a conference block hotel, the hotel will require authorization by ObesityWeek before confirming the space. Save yourself time and effort by communicating with us before you book.
