Abstract Submissions
The ObesityWeek 2024 Call for Abstracts was open March 1 – April 15 (extended from April 8). Abstract decisions will arrive by email approximately June 28 from [email protected]. Accepted abstracts will be presented IN PERSON in San Antonio, TX on November 3, 4, 5, or 6, 2024. Please plan to accommodate possible presentation times Sunday through Wednesday. The cost to submit an abstract is $65.
If your abstract was accepted, please confirm you will present using the link in your acceptance email, fill out forms in the Speaker Resource Center (linked in the auto-email you will receive after confirming), then read the Speaker Resources.
Call for Late-Breaking Abstracts for ObesityWeek 2024 in San Antonio, TX
The TOS Call for Late-Breaking Abstracts will be open June 17, 2024 through July 5, 2024. Decisions will arrive by email August 19-23 from [email protected].

Obesity Journal Symposium Call for Papers for ObesityWeek 2024 in San Antonio, TX
The editors of Obesity want your best research for the 12th annual Obesity Journal Symposium at ObesityWeek® 2024 in San Antonio, Texas. The spirit of the Symposium is to showcase the breadth of innovative research being published in Obesity. Presenting authors will receive complimentary ObesityWeek® registration, and all page charges will be waived.
